Checked into GIT Manual the additional information on problems with transparencies, with just minor wording/punctuation changes.

Also updated AUTHORS.tex chapter to add additional information on SGE to add the major Blend Algebra / Blend Program plugins enhancement. As well as to note Terje's work on Intel OneVPL/QSV hardware.
