And apparently displayHDR 400 actually can be just 8-bit!

Note, table at the end of this article says hdr500 monitors can be 8bit but site above lists 10bit processing requirement at this level .... o.O confusing as always!
I think today ffmpeg/x265 can make static metadata HDR, but making dynamic one .... not sure how it even should be done, in editing context! Attach additional info to each vframe?
