[Cin] 0000069: Start the Record window in non-english language

Andrea: if you rebuilt today, the fix would be in and it is good to know it does not crash. I assume you tested by doing an "r" for record in the main window. It really did crash in French reproducibly here so even if there was a problem with your ALSA and jack, it still illustrated a long term bug.

I write here because the ticket is solved and it is no longer possible to add notes. Yes, I tested the last release and I don't have crash doing r (record) in the main window.
