Also, I think we can remove old ffmpeg.git patches, and replace them with renamed copies of ffmpeg-5.1 patches .... It will work hopefully until some break in ffmpeg :)

I replaced the ffmpeg.git.patches with the updated ffmpeg-5.1 ones and

deleted ffmpeg.git.patch6 and ffmpeg.git.patch6. Let me know if I made any mistakes.
