Third revision of Tips.tex. I added Terje's switch between iGPU and dGPU. See if you like it.

Thanks to Terje and Andrea, this tip has been checked into the Manual GIT. I did move this after the current 19.1 "Hardware video acceleration" so it is 19.2 because 19.1 talks about GPU and defines it initially.
