My purpose is to get some procedure review, clarifications and comments, and possibly also submit a few updates to build scripts for unbundled builds with system ffmpeg. My system is current openSUSE Tumbleweed-Slowroll with FFMpeg-8 installed from Packman community reposistory. My understanding is that this should be a single-user build, dynamic linked and that the following two scripts are actual: * bld_prepare.sh (to install all dependices?) * bld_dynamic.sh (does this complete the build procedure?)
