May be we can add cin_bitrate=8000000 to it, so default will work better? (otherwise re-encoding for example dothack2.mpeg from <a href="http://samples.mplayerhq.hu">samples.mplayerhq.hu</a> without setting bitrate resulted in blocky encode)
