Andrew, so does that mean that when using the latest version of ffmpeg with mesa/vaapi and encoding into mkv, this will automatically work with CinGG? Also, still waiting for ffmpeg 6.1 and hoping it is released this month yet.

Since packed headers support is now advertised for H264, it also fixes
encoding into mkv with ffmpeg.
