Can you check attached patch on aarch64?

Without it static build of x265 fails on my new aarch64 termux ..

Put in thirdparty/src

Andrew, hoping Andrea or MatN can test this. I am sad to report that all of the work that MatN did to provide me with the ability to create an aarch64 system, failed on my part.
