I'm looking for way to add to Cin's ffmpeg encoder -bitexact flag.

I think this is more of muxer flag? https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-formats.html try to click on 'format' button and look inside opened window, may be it actually there?

I've tried to add similar way as movflags=+faststart

but didn't succeed with any of:

-bitexact bitexact bitexact=
