I'm looking for way to add to Cin's ffmpeg encoder -bitexact flag.

I think this is more of muxer flag?

try to click on 'format' button and look inside opened window, may be it actually there?

I've tried to add similar way as
movflags=+faststart

but didn't succeed with any of:

-bitexact
bitexact
bitexact=
