[Cin] screen capture of in/out patch work..

well, i re-encoded it in cin itself (vp9 mkv) and it become smaller! original was around 4 mb. but rendering took more than 7 min for 23 sec 1280x800 x 30 fps video! guess those assembly optimizations for x86(x86-65) really make big diff..
