Andrew: will add the 2 audio later today to GIT and "yes" moving avi.xvid to xvid.avi. All tested good here.

Those fix xvid 'type' audio enable for me (BT327), and also add avi pcm/mp3 audio encoding ...
Probably xvid subtype can be moved to more generic avi type now?
