I added yuv(a)-16 bits to the manual; see if that's okay. Is it possible to put an asterisk next to these new color models in the “format” window in CinGG and add a small note warning that they are experimental?

Thank you very much Andrea. It looks good and I added the need to export ALLOW_OLD_16BPC environment variable and corrected my definition of that variable in Configuration.tex. Because the user has to go out of their way to set this and would have had to read the Manual to see how to get this feature working, I really do not see a need for any further warning -- but that is just my opinion.
