You have this checkbox unchecked (create new file at labels)?

Try to check and uncheck it?

Try to set exactly one label and see if it starts to render ?

Move your .bcast5 directory somewhere and let cinelerra recreate it?

Yes, thank you. The checkbox was checked and the render startet when I unchecked it.
(after I first tried with a clean .bcast5, and next renamed my old .bcast5 back again).

"BC_DisplayInfo::gl_fb_config failed" is still there.

Some months ago Tumbleweed dropped "Gnome on Xorg" and has now "pure Gnome" desktop session

I did the same render test above using CinGG-20251231-x86_64.AppImage on
Tw-Slowroll, and got the same errors.
Possibly here is some mismatch between the environments?

On the other hand the AppImage works on Leap 15.6 - and even on a new
Leap 16 test-installation I have in triple boot on the same workstation.

The AppImage works on Leap 15.5
