I tried creating a new section in the manual, but it needs a major
revision. What do you guys think? Do these procedures work for you?

After doing some revisions (OK, I went a little overboard with changes), I checked this new section into GIT.

You did a lot of work getting this content put together in an understandable way with easy to follow directions.

I hope I did not edit any mistakes in and I did not test all of the command lines for correctness. ...Phyllis
