Well, two patches  may be fixing parallel make install, because I was
confused about what fixed it

usual "make install" works ok

But if T2's system used "make install -j20" (by default) - our
Makefile failed ..

I think two attached patches fix that case?

I tested them on Termux with system-wide install, and single-user build/install
