fftw from 3.3.10 to 3.3.11
giflib from 5.2.2 to 6.1.3
openjpeg from 2.5.2 to 2.5.4
libogg from 1.3.5 to 1.3.6

Built/compiled on Fedora 44/32, Debian 9.1 32-bit, and Ubuntu 16.

Tested on Fedora 32 by loading a video/audio where I had one and created for gif, jpeg, and ogg.
