The CinGG manual mentions VAAPI and VDPAU.

My prebuild system FFmpeg lists

ffmpeg -hide_banner -hwaccels
Hardware acceleration methods:
vdpau
cuda
vaapi
qsv
drm
vulkan

Among these, Vulkan has recently been discussed here.

Is there something that prevent typical QSV to be prebuilt in the CinGG/FFmpeg rpm?
