Andrea reported not problems with it after his testing, but I have not tested it and doubt that I could get correct testing in.

P.S. I did check into GIt, your 3 patches for libsvtav1 and x265 to accommodate cmake 4.0:
   x265_4.0.patch4
   libsvtav1-v2.3.0.patch0
   libsvtav1-v2.3.0.patch1
along with the auto.c one line change that fixed BT 672 (which may get back whatever the "blunder" was it was supposed to fix.

Because they say "Video Codec SDK supports backward compatibility. Applications compiled with SDK versions < 10.0 using older presets and older RC modes are supported in the driver."  Below is just a quote from the release notes

Nvidia encode headers updated from 10.0.26.0 to 12.2.72.0 which corresponds to Video Codec SDK
version 12.0.16. The required driver version for Linux is 550.54.14 or newer. You can check to see
if your Nvidia graphics board is supported at this website at the time of this release:

There may be user impact since the previous required driver for Linux was 445.87.

I tried my Slackware 15.0 x64 + nvidia 470.xx proprietary  drivers and h264-nvenc only works with old headers (at around 100 fps for 720p)

Downloading and replacing archive is not big deal, but can be surprizing for user less versed in intimate relation between driver version and ffmpeg/ffnvheaders.
