[Cin] slightly updated bdwrite.C please test if you can

I looked into libbluray repo and added few more lines in our bdwrite.C not really hevc/UHD ready.. but hopefully now can deal with lpcm inside m2ts (blu-ray pcm audio from my ffmpeg patch)
