[Cin]GIT source checked in to include Vulkan mods

The following render formats and patches have been checked into the source GIT: hevc_vulkan.mkv h264_vulkan.mkv av1_vulkan.mkv h264_vulkan.mp4 magicyuv.avi speedhq.avi 0001-Djbfft-patch8-for-termux-clang.patch --- thirdparty/src/djbfft-0,76.patch8 0002-Fix-static-termux-build-with-mediacodec.patch --- blds/termux_bld.sh 0012-Experimental-vulkan-encode.patch --- cinelerra/ffmpeg.C Hopefully Andrew can verify that I believe I am caught up with the exception of possibly the dav1d Makefile and the ladspa appimage inclusion. In addition I would like to find time to try out anylinux-appimage to replace the current linuxdeploy.
