[Cin]Copy a Cin unbundled, dynamic build with 'cp -a'

For my purpose, I just used 'cp -a' to USB stick to copy my 41M unbundled, dynamic Cin bin structure from my Alder Lake build machine to a Coffee Lake desktop, both with Slowroll and ffmpeg-8. I just had to add-install three dependices libOpenEXRUtil-3_4-33, libtheora1 and libsuil-0-0, to get Cingg working on a standard Gnome desktop installation where I rendered hevc_qsv and hevc_vaapi. If the same may work or not beween more different architechtures and systems, I don't  know.
