First make sure that file exists (sudo cp {cindat_path}/doc/99-ShuttlePRO.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/).
Then before starting CinGG, unplug the ShuttlePro for a few seconds and plug back in again.

I have debug enabled in my /home/skinkie/.shuttlerc, and don't see any
output at all. When cat /dev/input/event13 I am getting keys when
interacting with the device.

It now also does not work with the original binary release. So I'll try to
figure out what changed.
