[Cin] Transcode (freeze)

Since I keep having performance problems with the mkv container (even with the new PC, which is quite powerful); I tried to transcode the long video project we talked about. The encoding stopped at 78% and CinGG got frozen. I had no dumps; I attach the terminal before and after the freeze (when I did "kill cin")
