With just a minimum test case I can not reproduce so will have to get more information.  My test case was just:
1. new project
2. swipe small area
3. mouse the Title plugin over and set fade in to 15.0 and fade out to 5.0
Seems to work, but I will try a more complicated case.


Try to set Format to rgba-float/rgb-float.

I think fade itself works, just text never reach fully opaque state .....

I will try to reproduce, but I wonder if it could be due to release notes change of:
Blur and Titler plugins were modified so that these plugins can be used in combination with others (e.g. Blue Banana) without introducing the clipping into the process.
If so I will have to back out this mod.

or may be make this configurable via checkbox or fix another part we failed to consider while doing this change ...

Sorry I am a distanced myself from my computer-related "hobbies" and moved to being angry at random reddit posts .....

I'll try to replicate and have another look at changes in titler.
