Checked into GIT the configure.ac and thirdparty/Makefile changes from
0002-Remove ... of the libavdevice from ffmpeg.
I also tried to remove (currently unused?) libavdevice build from ffmpeg,
and fix termux breakage (libandroid-shmem lib was missing)
