Andrew-R, patch seems to work just fine.  Thanks for providing the URLs so I could look at them too.  I was not sure which capabilities I had to test, but I have to tell you that I do use these routines enough so that I would really miss them if it did not work.  I guess I watch too much TV.  I will check the changes in (probably tomorrow) along with 0002-Add-parisc-hppa-to-guicast-Makefile.patch which I built just fine as expected.  Thank you.
