Adam, if you want to still use the Calf plugins, you can try to use them without the UI interface and hopefully that avoids the crashes. Use the CinGG pulldown Settings->Preference->Interface tab, Operations section and uncheck "Auto start lv2 gui"On Tue, Nov 11, 2025 at 10:01 AM adam <ahcnz@orcon.net.nz> wrote:_______________________________________________Well spotted. Thank you.In populating my DAW under Ubuntu 24.04, I have sadly found it necessary to uninstalland remove all CALF plugins. They were causing my somewhat new system to crash allthe time.A great pity as they've been tremendous for a long while. On Tue, 2025-11-11 at 09:31 +0000, Andrea paz wrote:I noticed that the calf plugins work but without UI. Does this only affect Arch Linux because it is removing GTK2, or could it be a more general problem?_______________________________________________Cin mailing list -- cin@lists.cinelerra-gg.orgTo unsubscribe send an email to cin-leave@lists.cinelerra-gg.org
