Checked into GIT a new section in the Appendix based on Andrea's formats.txt.

Now that we have the HTML version, it does not matter so much if the manual is getting bigger because you can view just a section.

Thank you Andrea and please correct any of the errors I may have introduced or upgrade it based on you and Terje's discussions.
