[Cin] Playing catchup with randrik12 patches

Andrew, when I add the following line to ...thirdparty/Makefile, it errors out pretty much right away: opus.cfg_vars?= --disable-extra-programs This is in randrik12/0052-fix-opus-configure.patch and it would be nice to have this to save a little time.
