[Cin] Forum and MantisBT (@Sam)

These days I tried to create a new thread on the forum and also a ticket on MantisBT that do not appear. It could be a problem with my Firefox (but I haven't changed it in a long time), or a problem with my account or other things I don't understand has arisen. It's not important and there's no hurry, but can you tell me something about it?
