[Cin] Dead link on download page

I just found on: https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/ that the line that reads: All of the new features of Cinelerra-GG are documented in a separate features manual, ... where under "features manual" the hyperlink points to https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/Features5.pdf which is non extant. Indeed there is no string "feature" to be found on the page opened in a browser (case in sensitive), other then on that line. I hope this helps.
