The embedded waveform seems to be created to only a the first few seconds of the file after which it is blank. For a wav file it does appear. I removed the cached files from .bcast5. Any clue what else I can try? I have attached a screenshot. -- Stefan

Can you check audio track for this file actually contain data past point where waveform disappear? Try also zooming waveform, sometimes low volume sound makes very small waveform. Also, make sure your .bcast5 on filesystem with enough free space. For a wav file it does
appear. I removed the cached files from .bcast5. Any clue what else I can try?

Stefan, are you sure there is really audio after the first few seconds? In a test file I created, Timecode_test.mov, I found that it created no waveform on the 2 Audio channels on the timeline. When I used "ffplay" to play the file outside of Cinelerra, you could hear no sound. On Wed, Jul 9, 2025 at 4:16 PM Stefan de Konink via Cin < [email protected]> wrote:
