Are you familiar with this project? If I understand it correctly, it is an XOrg layer that works on top of Wayland. It is still in alpha, but it would be interesting to try it with CinGG. I think this means you can use X based Desktop Environments/Window Managers? https://github.com/wayback-x11/wayback
