Actually, if you click on small gear at the end of effect's bar - controls will work. For trying this out 1) Load interlaced video into CinGG. 2) select small region on timeline. 3) Select video effect 'deinterlace CV' and drag&drop it over highlighted region on timeline 4) try to configure effect by clicking RMB on effec's bar, select 'control' there. New window will appear, but menu will be still visible. You can't change anything in window or in any part of program. -------------------------------------------------------
