Official CinGG channel on Youtube
A proposal to organize the channel in playlist. Instead of making collections according to the language or according to the author, I propose to collect the videos according to the topics. For example: "installation" "GUI" "subtitles" "Editing" "Effects" ... On the front page you will always see the latest entries in chronological order (and as a video presentation I would put Sam's), but if you go to the Playlist section you can choose the topic you are interested in. Author and language can be put in the title and description. See how well organized the Lightworks videotutorials section is: https://www.lwks.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=162&Itemid... Another question, is how to contact and be contacted by users who want to put their videos on the channel. You can write a post in the forum and maybe even a note on the website. What else?
The idea seems good to me. Although my original idea was short and non-voiceover videos, this may be one more list, where the title of the video is what the content indicates. Very nice Lightworks website and how the videos are ordered. In Cinelerra something similar could be done on the web, where they could be ordered by language and then subject. This is very easy to do. Although the web when you put it in Spanish does not work well. But this is already another topic. The important thing is to spread the web of the videos, the videos, the YouTube channel a lot. El lun., 20 abr. 2020 a las 13:47, Andrea paz (<[email protected]>) escribió:

Great work Rafa. Thanks for your feedback. I've switched the channel to English. I like the picture you gave us, under which license will you release it? For legal reasons we always have to know under which license it can be used. A short confirmation that it can be used as public domain or under a free cultural works license https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/freeworks would be good, then we are on the legally safe side. As I already said, I think the idea with the short videos and implementation is very good. We can work with different playlists. Sam Am 23.04.20 um 00:57 schrieb Rafa Mar Multimedia en Gnu\Linux:

Sam, the image I gave you is a gift to the Cinelerra team and users who want to use and modify it. This is why I attached the Gimp file. When I give something away, it no longer belongs to me. The issue of the license is up to you to decide which is appropriate. I don't understand about these licensing things. Wait, let's see where I have the bible ... I've already found one on the web, it's been faster ... "With my right hand on the holy bible I confirm that I give the image, inspired by the cinelerra website and made in 15 minutes, to the Cinelerra team to make the use they want " I'm a joker, I hope this facet of mine doesn't bother you. I have added two more example videos in the list I shared, if you like, you can put the list on the Cinelerra channel. El jue., 23 abr. 2020 a las 1:45, Sam (<[email protected]>) escribió:

I saw your link with the videos, RafaMar. Seems to me good. I think that the words "Short and silente video tutorials" in the Titleof the web page are not needed. Title too long, I think. My personal opinion, of course. IgorBeg Il 23/04/2020 0.57, Rafa Mar Multimedia en Gnu\Linux ha scritto:

You are absolutely right Igor. I'm going to look at simplifying the name. I think it is enough with: "Silent Tutorials" That it is a video is already known, and that it is short they see it in duration. Thank you very much, then when I have time for this I change it. For the videos I have already uploaded I used the method considered std in Youtube. At the end of the title put: [short; silent (or text ENG, or sub ENG); by 'NAME']
Thank you very much Andrea, I did not know this method on YouTube. I will adapt my channel's videos to these names. If you look at them I put an access to the cinelerra channel, I will also put them in the description. Sam didn't add me back to the channel, so I can't put them right there, but you can create a playlist and give me permission so I can add videos to it. Something like "Short and silent tutorials" my name does not matter if it comes out. El jue., 23 abr. 2020 a las 11:42, Andrea paz (<[email protected]>) escribió:

For an intervention by Sam (who is the only administrator) you have to wait until the weekend. I can only create a new playlist while loading a video. Besides, I don't know how to give you permission to upload videos. Any advice?
