Possible fix for libaom 3.8.0 on ubuntu 16.04 x86-64 LTS
It was failing to build, but I patched out some hopefully not really needed warning flag add, and switched it to in-tree nasm I am not sure if switching it to nasm in general good or bad idea. We can add this patch next month, if you want to test it more
Tested on Ubuntu 16 and "seems" to work when I rendered with format av1_aom.webm, which is the only format besides avif.avif that "I think" uses libaom per the first line that reads "webm libaom-av1". So I checked it into GIT. The output rendered file appears correct in comparison to the input video. More testing by others might turn up a problem, but we can always back it out.
