FFmpeg versioning mods which make it easy to be using current version and still test new version. OpenCV build mod to ensure it builds across more distros as the distros are updated. Additional vaapi render formats for QT and MKV were added. *Upgraded OpenJPEG* from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0. The blacklist for non-compatible LV2 plugins has been updated to remove Fluidsynth, Monosynth, Organ, and Wavetable which have unsupported options for CinGG. Shortcut for Timecode, Ctrl+!, has been fixed as *discovered by IgorB*. Andrea updated the Manual to cover the shortcut.
