May 2022 AppImage releases now available

Fixed memory and resource leaks as discovered. Useful addition of “make objrem” in the thirdparty Makefile to remove all of the thirdparty object files that just take up disk space unnecessarily once build is done Limit clone depth to 1 to save time and space in Thirdparty downloads. Changes included to allow for Freebsd to be built more easily. Dynamic build fixes for BSD/Termux, which had not been working for Linux either, but now should. Remove unneeded test files in the OpenCV build to save time and space. Makefile-s in cinelerra/guicast/libzmpeg3/mplexlo/mpeg2enc/titler/shapewipe have been modified. Fixes to make LV2 builds more versatile and correct. Slackware builds have had several updates applied to work with current O/S. Allowance for possible OpenEXR version 3 usage. FFmpeg versioning mods which make it easy to be using current version and still test new version. OpenCV build mod to ensure it builds across more distros as the distros are updated. Additional vaapi render formats for QT and MKV were added. *Upgraded OpenJPEG* from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0. The blacklist for non-compatible LV2 plugins has been updated to remove Fluidsynth, Monosynth, Organ, and Wavetable which have unsupported options for CinGG. Shortcut for Timecode, Ctrl+!, has been fixed as *discovered by IgorB*. Andrea updated the Manual to cover the shortcut.
