I am affraid that the bugtracker is not the right place to a have a discussion. Phyllis, from your perspective where would/should/could we quite visually do this?

I think the Forum is designed for this kind of discussion -- for creating some kind of "document where any new user could pick an idea from to improve the current workflow". But with the lack of programmer resources, I am not sure how we would ever make any progress.
