About Andrew/Terje: are we at the point where "qsv" should be added as a choice in Settings->Preferences, Performance "Use HW Device"? I think qsv/mediacodec initialized slightly differently from the rest of hwaccels, so for now it only work if you manually override decoder in decode.opts I'll think about making it automatic, but not sure if I'll find any working idea
