[Cin] Issue 58 - changable colors + rest of today's checkin

Some mods checked in today.  BE AWARE that the color picker has been
reworked and this is used by the Titler, Sketcher, Show Overlays, etc.

1) updated license file COPYING
2) updated shortcuts.html
3) minor plugins.txt spelling corrections
4) updated cin.desktop again
5) user title - mutliple edits selectable
