[Cin] installing Cin

This line "deb [trusted=yes] https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/pkgs/ub18 
bionic main" must be in /etc/apt/source.list

Edit this file to add this line, then update (sudo apt update) and then 
install (sudo apt install cin)
