[Cin] MKV containers

You see "Framerate achieved" followed by a number (yes the playback) when
you use the Settings pulldown and choose Preferences.  Then click on the
Playback A tab in the Video section, next to the checkbox for "Play every
frame".  If you leave the preferences window up,while you are playing, you
can see the Framerate achieved go up and down.

No, I refer to the framerate of the playback (I think):
