[Cin] Detach plugin without move/shift the others

I would like to Detach a plugin between two others plugins but I don't 
want that the others plugins to be moved. I didn't find a function or a 
good way. Now, I only use "Turn Off" of that plugin but I would like to 
have the Timeline "clean".
