[Cin] Ripple, Rolling, Slip tools in the new version

IgorB/Pierre:  a compromise has been reached and the latest GIT checkin
includes the following change for the Ripple:

the Ripple tool, it should behave as before when

it comes to adjusting a cut from the beginning of a clip.

It now behaves as before.  Edge is changed to be what 1/2 of the Ripple was
until now.

The Slip tool remains the same so that there is no confusing difference in
behavior with the others.
The Roll has never been a problem.  gg/Phyllis
