A follow up:
Shouldn't ffmpeg according to the reference below, list 'yuv422p10le'
among the supported pixel formats on my system?

ffmpeg -h encoder=libx264
.........
Supported pixel formats: yuv420p yuvj420p yuv422p yuvj422p yuv444p
yuvj444p nv12 nv16 nv21

ffmpeg -h encoder=libx265
............
Supported pixel formats: yuv420p yuv422p yuv444p gbrp gray
