[Cin] Extend the life of still images on the timeline.

Andrea, you can open an issue if you wish, or just wait until gg fixes it -
your choice!  We are a little bit behind today.
Thanks for noticing still image problems as it looks like neither one of us
tested that.

I'm not sure it's a bug or my incompetence, so I'll check the mailing
