[Cin] video track monitors

Thanks Igor,
That's a great work around, but seems somewhat obtuse having to create
extra tracks to have a monitor.
Surely this could be and should be integrated into the mixer window
[perhaps renamed monitor] and add pushbottons to select between input,
prefade, and mixer views.
Of course I will use that trick in the meantime ;-)
