[Cin] Backup up your EDL when use latest build

GG/Phyllis,
In the last testing Ub16 build (2019-03-17), in SUV theme, changing the 
position of the down arrow in Preview pullDown , unfortunately it has 
changed the position of the down arrow on all the pullDown menu. If You 
and other users have nothing against, I think, it would be better to 
restore the old value of "popupmenu_triangle_margin". So, only Preview 
pullDown has the down arrow near to the border.
